Our tailored charity photography will provide you with an entire library of professional photographs that anyone on your team and volunteers can easily access and use. The photos will seamlessly fit into your marketing collateral, social media and website to highlight your charities story and engage your audience.

The Process

Our process is in place to keep things efficient and streamlined. Pre-shoot planning will uncover your marketing needs, objectives and a shooting list. We will brief participants and scout suitable locations ahead of time to ensure the shoot day runs smoothly.
On shoot day, we will arrive early to set up, get any consent forms signed, and ensure any problems are uncovered and resolved before starting. We will make sure the visual story is on-brand with the correct tone for your organisation, giving you a wide range of creative shots with enough flexibility to be used for future use in any upcoming campaigns/marketing efforts.

Create a personable impression

Having authentic portraits and team photos of your team and volunteers will create a strong first impression for your audience and sponsors by establishing a more personal connection. It’s also a great way to show your pride in your people and the work they are doing and show you value your team.

Getting staff portraits done can be a great bonding event, allowing everyone to come together and be photographed as one strong team.

Photos and videos are uploaded to a secure library which only you will have access to. You can view and download your photos from the library at any time.

The delivery of photographs will be something we discuss before the project starts.

We deliver both high-res and low-res photographs that we host on our secure library, so you can easily use them across social media and print.

We want you to show them to everyone! We encourage you to use your captivating visuals on your website, marketing material, social media, blogs and anywhere else you would like to.

Credit is not required, but we also love a mention 🙂
